Stars is guest feedback, service recovery and Google review management software for restaurants, cafés, pubs, bars, hotels and small hospitality groups.
What Stars is
Stars helps hospitality teams hear about a bad experience while it can still be fixed. Guests leave private feedback by QR code or link, with no app or account. Low ratings open a Needs Attention case and alert a manager, who can reply, keep private notes and issue a unique one-time voucher or discount code with an expiry date. When the code is redeemed, Stars records that the guest actually came back. Stars also connects Google Business Profile locations so teams can monitor and reply to Google reviews, and it keeps public review links available to every guest: no review gating.
